THORN FIT STRONGMAN YOKE GYM RACK AND SQUAT STAND

THORN FIT YOKE is a specialized standalone piece of equipment that will work well in home and professional gyms as well during outdoor workouts. Our YOKE allows you to perform all-around strength and endurance training. In the first place, it is used for basic yoke carry. It also allows you to perform exercises with barbells like bench press, OHP, squats, rack-pulls, et., as well as exercises using CORE STS tapes. It can be used as a powerful sled for pushing or pulling. Performing pull-ups on the YOKE will be a challenge due to the large diameter of the crossbar – 48 mm. It will work great as a crossbar for flipping Atlas stones. This very sturdy design is a modern approach to the classic equipment used by strongmen.
THORN FIT YOKE despite its very versatile use, takes up little space – it fits in a square 132 by 132 cm. It is also easy to disassemble without using any tools for easy storage.
THORN FIT YOKE uprights allow a very large range of adjustment and customization for different types of training. Classic yoke walks, zercher carry or heavy sled training pose no challenge to this equipment.
The design includes two J-Hook barbell hooks and two adjustable load pins. The weight of the whole set is 95 kg, and the maximum load is an impressive 500 kg.
