The set consists of 4 bands with different resistance for stabilisation, activation, strength training and functional training. With THORN FIT textile superbands, you can work on stabilisation and exercise your upper and lower muscles. The LIGHT and MEDIUM bands are used for mainly mobilising exercises including the arms and shoulder girdle, while the HARD and EXTRA HARD bands are used for activating the lower muscles and exercises requiring high resistance strength.

Superbands are great training tool for mobility work, pull-up assistance, banded squats and many more.
Textile Textile Superbands are suitable for many different workout plans, mobility and stretching. LIGHT and MEDIUM Superbands can be used for upper body training f.e. pull-up assistance, general conditioning, rehabilitation, jumping, speed training.
HEAVY and SUPER HEAVY Superbands can be used for banded squats and other exercises involving the lower body, calves, quads, hamstrings, and glutes.
Our new developed superbands are made of natural rubber, sheathed in skin-friendly textiles. Thanks to they structure and finishing, they don’t cause abrasion nor irritation while training. Textile Superbands bands don’t tweak skin and are extremely comfortable to use.

Mobility with exercise bands
Together with the Paweł Szuba Functional Physiotherapy Centre, we have prepared a Mobility guide for the shoulder girdle. A few simple exercises using a Lacrosse ball and training bands will help with injuries, pain and improve mobility of the shoulder girdle.
