Tactical weight vest is one of the Crossfit’s classics and is used in MURPH WOD.
Vest holds a set of flat, laser-cut steel ballistic plates (one at the front and one at the back) and allows you to work on increasing your strength and speed during functional trainings and WODs.
Doesn’t matter if you run or pull-up, the vest is designed to give the wearer an increased range of motion with a lightweight feel and optimal breathability.
Shoulder mesh pads reduce friction and special air flow channels ensure sustained comfort while training.
