Bar Grips is a simple and extremely effective solution used to change bar diameters. By increasing the diameter to 50 mm, we need to generate much more grip strength, which translates into increased efficiency during barbell exercises, dumbbells, and on the bar. The outer surface of the grip is covered with an anti-slip surface that will strengthen the grip during exercise.
