These functional plates are made of high-quality rubber and feature a steel ring for easy attachment and removal of the plates from the barbell during training. These Training Bumpers also feature raised markings and a logo painted in the color corresponding to the weight. A special bevel on the edge makes it easier to remove the plates from the barbell and lift them from the floor. Each Training Bumper has a diameter that meets the IWF standard of 450mm, but is significantly thinner than the Enduro Plates, allowing for greater load capacity. Additionally, the Training Bumper Plates have a stiffness rating of 88 on the durometer scale, meaning they bounce off the floor much less than the Enduro Plates.
