HEAVY METAL BARThe 20 kg is an Olympic bar that will be useful in any home or professional gym. The top model in our offer, made of high-quality steel and coated with a special black ceramic coating for increased resistance to damage and excellent corrosion protection.

Each of the two heads is equipped with four precision-made needle bearings for maximum smooth rotation and a special surface structure that improves the stability of the plates during exercises.

A secure grip is enhanced by the use of knurling, i.e., special embossings made on a lathe, which creates cross-shaped grooves on the bar surface. Grip areas are precisely marked and divided into 20 cm wide sections with 4 cm spacing.

The HEAVY METAL BAR is manufactured to IPF (International Powerlifting Federation) standards, making it suitable for use by professionals in professional powerlifting competitions, including powerlifting.
