Grip stability is enhanced by the use of knurling, special embossing made on a lathe, creating cross-shaped grooves on the bar's surface. Grip areas are precisely marked and divided into 24 cm wide sections, a gap, and a 19 cm gap. Additionally, it features a central knurling, 12 cm wide.
