With the addition of a weight plate or plates, the THORN FIT TRAINING backpack can be used for fitness training. This solution combines the functions of a weighted vest with those of a classic military backpack. The TRAINING backpack is a solution for those interested in military training, including physical preparation for service in the armed forces. It is suitable for tactical and survival applications, as well as everyday use.

The THORN FIT TRAINING backpack, with a 25-liter capacity, is made of 600D Oxford ballistic nylon, resistant to tearing and abrasion. All pockets are closed with zippers – thick, spiral-wound, double sliders that operate quickly and smoothly. The zippers of the main compartment and side compartments are secured with external flaps.

Thanks to the use of weight plates, which are placed in a special, reinforced back panel, the backpack can be used for fitness training. The back panel, used to carry weight plates, is reinforced along the entire surface adjacent to the back and is equipped with a two-way zipper. The backpack becomes an alternative to a weighted vest and serves a dual purpose – training and transport.

The carrying system guarantees comfort thanks to its one-piece, anatomically adapted design and an additional chest strap. The shoulder straps are equipped with buckles, allowing you to quickly release the backpack without having to remove it from your shoulders. The contoured back system is equipped with comfortable panels made of soft padding.

The side panels each have two adjustable straps with buckles. These are used to compress the backpack (reducing its capacity based on the contents) and can be useful for securing items carried outside the backpack, such as a jacket, mat, tactical vest, or weightlifting belt.

Inside, the TRAINING backpack features a hydration system (water bladder) compartment with Velcro for mounting and two tube ports. A wide, durable carry handle is located at the top center of the main compartment, and hydration system outlets are located on either side, secured with Velcro flaps.

The backpack has a weight system pocket on the back. Additionally, the backpack is equipped with the following compartments:

• A main compartment where you can pack your training gear.
• The storage compartment can accommodate shoes, training clothes, training accessories, a towel, and cosmetics.
• Access is provided by a two-way zipper that completely unzips the flap on three sides.
• The storage compartment includes a permanently integrated stuff sack with a quick-release fastener.
• The flap has two zippered mesh pockets. An external front compartment with an organizer with seven flat pockets, two plastic clips, and a flat zippered pocket – this space can be used to store keys, documents, a phone, etc. A small, padded sunglasses compartment located at the top of the backpack and secured with a zipper.
• MOLLE/PALS-compatible webbing is located on both the front and sides of the backpack, allowing for convenient attachment of additional equipment and expanding the capacity by adding pockets or pouches.

The backpack is also equipped with a red INSERT BEFORE FLIGHT Velcro strap and a unique THORN FIT keyring with the same slogan, inspired by aviation and the classic film TOP GUN. Originally, aviation security systems use the slogan REMOVE BEFORE FLIGHT, but the INSERT BEFORE FLIGHT slogan refers to the installation of weight plates before training.
