**WITHDRAWAL FROM THE CONTRACT**
The customer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the shipment.
The returned product must be accompanied by a printed and completed **“Withdrawal Form”** along with proof of purchase.

### RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
The customer has the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without providing any reason.
The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which the customer acquires possession of the product, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by the customer acquires possession of the goods.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient to send information concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
In the event of withdrawal from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received, including the cost of delivery (except for additional costs resulting from the chosen delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery option and the cost of returning oversized goods (pallet shipments)).
Refunds will be made using the same payment methods used in the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise.
