**Definitions:**
* **Online Store** – the Seller’s online store available at: thornfit.pl
* **Terms and Conditions** – these Terms and Conditions of the Online Store

* **Buyer** – a natural person, a natural person conducting business activity, a legal person, or an organizational unit without legal personality using the Seller’s electronic services
* **Registration Form** – a form available in the Online Store enabling account creation
* **Account** – a set of resources identified by a login and password, storing Buyer data and order history
* **Order Form** – a form enabling placement of an order
* **Order** – a declaration of intent by the Buyer constituting an offer to conclude a sales agreement
* **Sales Agreement** – a contract for the sale of a Product within the meaning of the Polish Civil Code, concluded via the Online Store
* **Product** – goods available in the Online Store (training equipment, apparel, accessories)
* **Proof of Purchase** – fiscal receipt, VAT invoice, or other purchase confirmation
Before creating an account, the Buyer must read and accept these Terms and Conditions. The account agreement is concluded for an indefinite period and may be terminated at any time.
All product information constitutes an invitation to conclude a contract under Article 71 of the Civil Code.
Minimum technical requirements include a computer, internet browser, and input device.
These Terms do not limit consumer rights under applicable law.

2. ORDER CONDITIONS
The Buyer must use the Online Store in compliance with the law and good practices.
The store operates within Poland.
Orders can be placed 24/7 via:

Orders placed after 12:00 or on non-working days are processed the next business day.
Order confirmation is sent via email. The sales agreement is concluded upon receipt of confirmation.
Orders may be canceled before shipment (applies only to consumers).
Average processing time: 2 business days.
If a product is unavailable, the Buyer will be informed within 48 hours and may accept delays or cancel.

3. PAYMENTS
Prices are in PLN and include VAT.
Proof of purchase is sent by email.
Payment methods are selected during checkout.
If payment is not made within 7 days, the order may be canceled.
Orders are shipped after full payment (except cash on delivery).
**Installments (Credit Agricole):**
* Financing is provided by Credit Agricole Bank Polska S.A.
* The Buyer enters into a contract directly with the bank
* The bank decides on credit approval
**Deferred payment (PayPo):**
* Payment is handled by PayPo sp. z o.o.
* Terms depend on PayPo conditions

4. DELIVERY
The Buyer selects the delivery method during checkout.
Shipping costs depend on size and weight.
The Buyer bears delivery costs.
Orders placed before 12:00 are shipped the same business day.
Shipping is carried out Monday–Friday.

5. COMPLAINTS
If a product is defective, the Buyer must inform the Seller.
The complaint should include:
* description of the defect
* date of occurrence
* Buyer’s request
Proof of purchase must be included.
The Buyer sends the product at their own cost.
The Seller responds within 14 days.
Minor visual differences are not grounds for complaint.
Warranty for VAT invoice purchases: 12 months.
Refunds are issued via the original payment method.

8. FINAL PROVISIONS
The Seller may introduce temporary limitations due to maintenance.
The Seller may amend these Terms (changes effective after at least 7 days).
Disputes will be resolved amicably or by a competent Polish court.
