If you wish to file a complaint, please print and complete the complaint form provided below and include it with the returned product.

You will be informed about the outcome of the complaint within 14 days from the date of its receipt. A complaint is considered received when we have obtained a correctly completed complaint form, proof of purchase, and photos of the defect sent to: [serwis@thornfit.pl](mailto:serwis@thornfit.pl)
The decision regarding the complaint will be communicated via email to the contact details provided in the complaint form.
Products purchased with a VAT invoice are eligible for complaints within 12 months from the date of purchase.
We do not accept parcels sent to InPost parcel lockers or shipments sent cash on delivery.
