Thorn Fit Textile Resistance Bands Set consist of 3 different bands with different stretchability and resistance: green – LIGHT; red – MEDIUM, black – HEAVY.
Resistance bands are great training tool for glute activation training, scapular stability movements and injury prevention exercises. They are durable, easy to clean and can be used for different training plans, both at home and training facility.
Our new developed resistance bands are made of natural rubber, sheathed in skin-friendly textiles. Thanks to they structure and finishing, they don’t cause abrasion nor irritation while training. Resistance Textile bands don’t tweak skin and are extremely comfortable to use. They are well suited for prehab, rehabilitation and activation drills.

Mobility with exercise bands
Together with the Paweł Szuba Functional Physiotherapy Centre, we have prepared a Mobility guide for the shoulder girdle. A few simple exercises using a Lacrosse ball and training bands will help with injuries, pain and improve mobility of the shoulder girdle.
